The state of relaxed awareness is meditation; prolong that state in the comfort and quiet of a suitable posture or in your daily activity. Our sessions and exercises focus upon a new perspective that is deeply seated in the quiet and serenity of our body and mind.
Our program is based on attention, breathing, perception, observation and mental fitness upon which judgments and values shape our experience. The physical, emotional, psychological and social are levels at which we manifest and become the object of observation.
We invite you to give yourself the gift of meditation, as preparation for simple living free of fear.
