Amari trained in both styles separately, and when she joins them it is a nearly perfect combination. She visits us from Vancouver. p

Toning, stretching and strengthing, accompanied by consciousness, breathing and relaxation.

During this weekend Amari will work interchangeably with different levels, adapting the class to the conditions of the participants.

Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00
