I Regularly Treat Anxiety

Anxiety is something that I regularly treat in my private practice. Extreme feelings of anxiety can have a disruptive effect on your existence, on your home, work and social life and often seriously limiting your ability to live life in a normal manner.

Anxiety is a Symptom

Anxiety itself is a symptom that is produced in response to a ‘perceived’ danger. It is based on the prediction that danger will take place, and this a 'fight or flight' reaction in your body. It's as though you are caught in a vicious circle, with fear evoking more fear, symptoms provoking more symptoms resulting in a feeling of being trapped and not being able to escape.
