  • Dynamic Hatha Yoga YC - Hatha Yoga Dynamic. Creativity and experirience are an important link within the class, as there are so many yoga postures to experience. With patience and practice, we can dip into some of the more challenging sequences.
  • Flow - Flow in continuos motion. This is a practice in which breath and movement are united, flowing in a smooth manner.
  • Hatha Yoga YC - If you are looking for peace and tranquility while making yourself healthy, then Hatha Yoga is for you. Our Hatha Yoga classes upgrade the traditional asana practice with modern anatomical and structural principles to benefit your body, mind and spirit. We offer a one hour asana session with a short relaxation and a one and a half hour class that begins with yogic breathing followed by asanas and finishing with a deep relaxation and some meditation.
