Narayani is the co-author with Giris of “The Book of Yoga”, an International bestseller for the past 20 years. She has also written: "Tranquil Pregnancy" and "My 1st Yoga Book A to Z".Both contain her ilustrations.

Amari has a deep training in both styles - Hatha Yoga and Pilates. She combines them with a profound respect for both disciplines.

He is founder and director of Yoga Vidya in Germany, the biggest Yoga Ashram in Europe. Sukadev was a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda.
