Beginners
Beginners Course
We recommend that, once you have taken a trial class(es) and are satisfied that you wish to develop your Yoga practice, then sign up for a Beginners Course. With this you will establish a firm base of practice of sun salutations, breathing, postures, and relaxation. After establishing the basics you will be prepared to advance your practice and avoid bad habits. You will be prepared to follow our Hatha Yoga general classes once you complete this foundation.

Introduction to Meditation Courses
We conduct week-long introductory courses in meditation which bring together the insights provided by different spiritual traditions with those of modern psychology.
