Stage 5 - Graduate
The need for Yoga teachers to be up to date with current advances and safer and better ways to teach, makes these graduate courses a modern necessity.
The Yoga tradition continues to evolve as it assimilates the advances of modern physiology and psychology into its teachings and practices.
Modules
The graduate courses are offered in modules of your choice. Once you have completed 3 graduate modules you will receive your post-graduate diploma
Advanced Training
To take this course you will have completed the pre-requisite stage 4 Teacher course as indicated by the AIPYS criteria in your chosen style.
These courses can completed at your own pace you, but it is recommended to be completed within a maximum of 3 years.

Postgraduate Courses
Stage 5 courses, were originally developed for Hatha Yoga, but with sufficient flexibility they can be tailored to your needs in the other styles.
For the Graduate Iyengar Yoga* Course please request specific information.
To complete Stage 5 you need a total of 3 advanced training courses. A minimum of 2 recommended courses.

- Advanced Training Course in Maternity Yoga and Yoga for Children (72 hours)
- Advanced Training courses in Yoga for the Elderly (72 hours)
Optional
- Advanced Training Course in Positive Psychology (72 hours)
- Advanced Training Course in Sacred Texts (72 hours)
