Kundalini Yoga is based upon the practice of kriyas (sets of exercises), mantras, pranayama(breathing exercises) and kirtan(chanting).
A Kundalini yoga class integrates these practices into each class. The aim is to harness your physical, mental and emotional energies so that you experience greater vitality, concentration, deep inner calm.
We also use music connected with your breathing and movement, and finally all classes end with a meditation on the practice itself.
Sessions are conducted in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, always creating harmony in the group.
