Erin Lane
Studying Dance, Yoga and Pilates
Erin began her Yoga and Pilates practices while studying at the University of Texas at Austin. After receiving her B.F.A. in Dance, she went on to study at La Escuela Profesional de Danza de Mazatlán where she brought these techniques with her.
Integrating Balance, Strength and Flexibility
In 2009, Erin received her RYS Yoga certification in Flower Mound, Texas under the direction of Sloane Park. Erin’s classes are Vinyasa Flow based and integrate a balance of strength and flexibility. With these same aspects Erin teaches the Sculpt and Stretch classes that adds a focus on core-strengthing exercises and other Pilates influences.
