My great interest in "well-being" led me to discover Hatha Yoga in 2005 as a way to become aware of who we are. In my search in 2006 I trained as a therapist in NLP, and began my practice of Yoga Flow starting with this a process of personal development and awareness that changed my life.
In late 2006 I encountered Ashtanga Yoga in Mexico. My research in Yoga and wellness continues today. In 2007 in New York I began my training as an instructor of Ashtanga yoga, and then got certified as a teacher in the same specialty in 2008 in Costa Rica, only when I started practicing with devotion and discipline did I understand the relationship with my mind, my body and my spirit.
Since then the practice of Ashtanga has taught me to be at peace, to be filled with happiness and peace of mind thus to give more to myself and others.
I have continued my training attending different workshops in integral yoga, prenatal, flow, managing thoughts, relaxation, alignment of postures, deepening in advanced positions, and constant updates of the first series of Ashtanga yoga.
I am currently training in yoga therapy, but certainly my greatest teacher has been my practice to keep a commitment with myself.
Ashtanga Yoga has healed my body, my mind and allowed me to connect with my spirit. Now I am a teacher but I will always be an eternal student.
