We train our own Yoga teachers. For this reason they can not only correct your postures and breathing practices, but they can make you much more, a Yoga Teacher.
Our courses emphasize pedagogy. Thus our teachers have an excellent reputation. Ask your teacher where they trained. If it was not with us, then find a 'Yoga Center' teacher and experience the difference for yourself.
We believe that yoga is a tool which fosters a healthy relationship to ourselves and to each other. Our teachers are here to provide a safe space for you to explore the dialogue between body and mind, thought and feeling, awareness and action.
